APX Advisors provides bookkeeping, financial advisory, tax preparation support, and related business services to small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope of services is defined in your individual service agreement with APX Advisors.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from APX Advisors related to your account, bookkeeping reports, appointment reminders, and business updates. APX Advisors treats all client financial data as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver contracted services or as required by law.
APX Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
APX Advisors reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
